Awesome job. Quick response and did outstanding work in repairing storm damage and other roof situations.
My roof looks excellent would recommend this business very professional and skilled company
I had my roof done by Chris from Hiner Roofing towards the end of 2023. Recently, had a really big wind storm come through that took off some of my shingles so I called to set up an appointment to have them come check it out. Chris came out the SAME DAY and got it all taken care of! I greatly appreciate how quick things were taken care of and the care/quality of their work!
Hiner roofing came out and did an inspection of my roof. Mr. Cole was very professional and explained everything. Thank you Hiner Roofing
They did such an awesome job. Great workers can’t complain. Will recommend them to do another job or to a friend. My roof looks so beautiful now. Thanks a lot. Great job guys.
Gilbert and his crew came out and replaced our roof the same day. They all where professional and respectful and everything and for that I want to thank them again for our wonderful new roof!!!! If yal need your roof replaced these guys are the ones for u 💯!!!!!
Gilbert & George where great start to finish.
I DO Recommend THIS COMPANY
5 STARS
George and Chris...Well I had my water heater replaced. Due to a leak in the pipe to the roof it got very wet and burned itself up. So I had no heat. And so here we go again. A new heater. Well the heater people recommended Hiner Roofing to fix the pipe on my roof to prevent this from happening again. That to me is a huge bonus. Because the home owner aka my mother just paid the total sum of 27k to have all issues fixed. This was two years ago. And because the people we hired didn't have the concept of "FIX THE CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM BEFORE YOU FIX THE PROBLEM OR CORRECT IS COSMETICALLY. " SO I APPRECIATE THEM FIXING THE CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM SO THAT THE HEATER CAN LIVE OUT ITS TEN YEARS OF WARRENTY IF NOT MORE! THANK YOU Hiener for fixing the issue. Teamwork between the two companies with clear communication on what each were doing and when, who, why, what and when. All very good at communicating with me. They roofing guys did a great job. George is a far cry from Martin Delgato of delcasa renovations. Who had originally screwed my house and entire life up. George is much much better. And his coworker Chris equally as efficient. So far I have zero complaints. Added customer service bonus in the roofers favor is the man who came by to check the work and make sure I was satisfied with job done and very nice business man. I have no complaints at all with heiner roofing and yes I do recommend. I will update in one year IF NECESSARY. Thank you

And no cats were harmed in the replacement of heater or the fixing of loose vent pipe. And as we know that is a huge deal.

While we are here....

DO NOT USE
COE PLUMBING, OR
MARTIN DELGADA OF DELCASA RENOVATIONS. YOU MIGHT AS WELL PAY AND HAVE IT DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME INSTEAD OF PAYING MARTIN OR COE AND THEN PAYING AGAIN.
Great roofing company. Gilbert took care of everything greatly!
Easy to get process going and workmanship was great.

Residential vs. Commercial Roof Inspections

Differences Between Residential and Commercial Roof Inspections

Regular inspections for commercial roofs are important due to their size and the stress they face. Inspection reports give a clear picture of the roof’s condition, helping with maintenance decisions.

What Are Common Issues Found in Residential Roof Inspections?

Common issues in residential roof inspections include worn shingles, debris-caused punctures, and deteriorating flashing. Inspectors look at the overall roof condition, focusing on damage-prone areas. Regular home roof inspections keep small problems from becoming big issues, protecting your home’s structure.

Common Roof Issues Identified During Inspections

Roof Repair and Maintenance Tips

What Are the Best Practices for Roof Maintenance?

Regular roof maintenance is key to extending your roof’s lifespan and avoiding expensive repairs. Here are some best practices:

Preventative roof maintenance can save you from unexpected repairs and replacements.

How Often Should Roof Maintenance Be Performed?

Maintaining a regular schedule for roof care is important. Inspect your roof every six months. Additionally, have a professional conduct an annual roof inspection. Routine checks help find issues like water damage, mold, and structural problems early on.

When Is Roof Repair Necessary vs. Replacement?

Deciding between roof repair and replacement depends on several factors:

  • Minor Damage: A few missing shingles or small leaks usually just need repair.
  • Major Damage: Extensive damage, frequent leaks, or an old roof may require replacement.

Get a roof condition report from a certified inspector to make an informed decision. This ensures you choose the best option for your home.
