I've been looking for a roofing company for a month or two and have enough life experience to recognize the scammers and rip off artists. I found Chris Hiner's company from a Facebook add. I skimmed through his add and found his company values were what I wanted. They offered good value for your money, quality work, and a commitment to stand behind their work. Like myself, Chris is a US Army Veteran. When I met him it was like I've known him for years. I realized he is exactly what he claims to be. His assessment of my roof was not just detailed, he took a lot of pictures and documented everything well for the insurance company. On the day the insurance adjuster visited Hiner Roofing sent George, yet another Army Veteran, to assist the adjuster and point out everything they had found. My claim was processed quickly. Chris came back and we finalized plans. I had a new roof in less than 10 days. Their roofing crew started the tear off at 6 AM. My roof required complete re-decking. They finished by 3 PM the same day. My wife and I checked closely and could not find a single nail or piece of trash left anywhere. A few hours later Chris stopped by and inspected everything. I am 100% satisfied with every aspect of this experience. My neighbor was equally impressed and they have Chris coming back in a week to start their process to get a replacement roof. They caught the same golf ball sized hail we did. I'm in my 60's. These days integrity and professionalism are getting harder and harder to find. Hiner Roofing is now my go to company for any roofing issues.

I have used several builders through the years living in Okla with our famous hail storms and i finally found the best…Hiner Roofing. Chris’ guys showed up before dawn this morning, worked around the clock tearing off shingles then installing shingles, then cleaning up every piece of debris before they left. I am so proud of the new look of my home. I highly recommend Chris Hiner and his crew. Did I mention that Chris is a veteran? 🇺🇸

Chris came inspected our roof said it must be replaced, he explained details of every issue, the roof decking needed replaced as well. Our backyard deck roof, plus shed house needed new roofs. Great service and after the job was complete the follow-up and attention to detail was tremendous. The buyer of our home had several questions and Hiner Roofing provided the support required and stood by their work. We had some inadvertent damage that was quickly remediated and solved - accountability was tremendous. "Workmanship manner of operation" is another tenet I valued during Hiner Roofing's engagement on the project.

Chris Hiner and other members from his team/staff were all very professional and were approachable with all questions along the entirety of the process. They were up front and clear about what they would be doing, the timeframe to expect the various process steps to happen and were willing to provide explanation along each step of the way. There was one item that I noticed and felt worth noting here was that the crew working on the roof, whenever the attic vents were being replaced and there was an exposed opening into the attic area, at each location was trash as if the opening were viewed as a trash bin and bags were thrown within. Aside from this one minor gripe, I would look to reach out to Hiner Roofing the next time roof work might be required.

A recent hail storm finally totaled our roof. I didn’t know who to trust to replace our roof. So I went on a search with my criteria bar set high. Such as integrity, morals, and work ethic. After days of looking on the internet with no results, I finally found Chris on YouTube and knew right away he was that guy! Here we now sit with an upgraded roofing system with warranty and guarantee at no extra cost to us! His crew worked together like a well oiled machine while attacking our home with a vengeance. I was dreading having to replace the roof because I didn’t want the hassle of having to deal with insurance. I am a busy single mom so I do not have a lot of extra time. Chris and his team took care of everything. They handled the insurance claims, spoke to the insurance company on my behalf, met with the insurance adjuster, etc. Everything was completely so much quicker than I thought was possible. I am thankful for the customer service, communication, and quality of work! My roof looks great!

The cam early got my roof done in just a couple of hours and did grate on it real good business man I really appreciate them it’s a blessing and it’s my first house only been in it just 2 years now
