Chris Hiner and his team were absolutely amazing! We had contracted him to have our roof done the following week but we had a house fire and had to postpone the job. In the meantime Chris went out of his way to help us in any way that he could, to guide us in finding contractors, calling daily to see if we needed anything etc. He went above and beyond in his efforts to help us!❤️ It was a pleasure to meet him and our new roof looks perfect! This company is top rate for performance and showing up on time with quality work. We were a little apprehensive in letting them work directly with our insurance company, however we have learned this was the way to go. They took care of everything and made sure we were allotted monies for everything we needed. That was a headache that we did not have to deal with. The crew that came out and did the work were very good and we couldn't be more pleased. Way to go Hiner!

I’m going to start with Gilbert. He went above and beyond he stood strong on his word, which means a lot to us. He alone made The process extremely easy. He isn’t your average salesman who is just looking for another dollar of course, we all have to make money, but he was completely honest and very thorough. That guy deserves a raise.

Moving onto the roofing team, they were very pleasant. The preparation and clean up they did was beyond phenomenal. There was not a single nail, piece, of wood, or shingle left in my yard. They are also very trustworthy. They didn’t have a** the job!
