Chris Hiner and his team were absolutely amazing! We had contracted him to have our roof done the following week but we had a house fire and had to postpone the job. This company is top rate for performance and showing up on time with quality work. We were a little apprehensive in letting them work directly with our insurance company, however we have learned this was the way to go. They took care of everything and made sure we were allotted monies for everything we needed. That was a headache that we did not have to deal with. The crew that came out and did the work were very good and we couldn't be more pleased. Way to go Hiner!

I’m going to start with Gilbert. He went above and beyond he stood strong on his word, which means a lot to us. He alone made The process extremely easy. He isn’t your average salesman who is just looking for another dollar of course, we all have to make money, but he was completely honest and very thorough. That guy deserves a raise.

Moving onto the roofing team, they were very pleasant. The preparation and clean up they did was beyond phenomenal. There was not a single nail, piece, of wood, or shingle left in my yard. They are also very trustworthy. They didn’t have a** the job!

Hiner as a whole will definitely be Who I would recommend to anyone in needs of any of their roofing services we greatly appreciate you all and most of all we appreciate you Gilbert for getting us taken care of thank you.

I had my roof done by Chris from Hiner Roofing towards the end of 2023. Recently, had a really big wind storm come through that took off some of my shingles so I called to set up an appointment to have them come check it out. Chris came out the SAME DAY and got it all taken care of! I greatly appreciate how quick things were taken care of and the care/quality of their work!

George and Chris...Well I had my water heater replaced. Due to a leak in the pipe to the roof it got very wet and burned itself up. So I had no heat. And so here we go again. A new heater. Well the heater people recommended Hiner Roofing to fix the pipe on my roof to prevent this from happening again. That to me is a huge bonus. Because the home owner aka my mother just paid the total sum of 27k to have all issues fixed. This was two years ago. And because the people we hired didn't have the concept of "FIX THE CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM BEFORE YOU FIX THE PROBLEM OR CORRECT IS COSMETICALLY. " SO I APPRECIATE THEM FIXING THE CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM SO THAT THE HEATER CAN LIVE OUT ITS TEN YEARS OF WARRENTY IF NOT MORE! THANK YOU Hiener for fixing the issue. Teamwork between the two companies with clear communication on what each were doing and when, who, why, what and when. All very good at communicating with me. They roofing guys did a great job. George is a far cry from Martin Delgato of delcasa renovations. Who had originally screwed my house and entire life up. George is much much better. And his coworker Chris equally as efficient. So far I have zero complaints. Added customer service bonus in the roofers favor is the man who came by to check the work and make sure I was satisfied with job done and very nice business man. I have no complaints at all with heiner roofing and yes I do recommend. I will update in one year IF NECESSARY. Thank you

Easy to get process going and workmanship was great.

Chris Hiner and his crew were easy to work with, explaining each step of the process. Review of the roof, working with the adjuster, contacting Mr Gutter and the screen guy. The roof crew covered my flower beds, sides and back yard with tarps to catch the tear off. They did a great job cleaning up after the job was completed. Chris please tell your crews thank you.

Chris and crew helped with the insurance and showed up on the date and time agreed upon and installed the roof in a timely manner.
Chris was there during the whole process even the morning of install and came by after to make sure it all went well!

Chris and Gilbert came to my house today to inspect my roof. I was concerned because the roof is over 12 years old. They assured me after inspecting it that there were no major issues or concerns to worry about and I should be good thru the winter months. They were both very friendly and professional.

I've been looking for a roofing company for a month or two and have enough life experience to recognize the scammers and rip off artists. I found Chris Hiner's company from a Facebook add. I skimmed through his add and found his company values were what I wanted. They offered good value for your money, quality work, and a commitment to stand behind their work. Like myself, Chris is a US Army Veteran. When I met him it was like I've known him for years. I realized he is exactly what he claims to be. His assessment of my roof was not just detailed, he took a lot of pictures and documented everything well for the insurance company. On the day the insurance adjuster visited Hiner Roofing sent George, yet another Army Veteran, to assist the adjuster and point out everything they had found. My claim was processed quickly. Chris came back and we finalized plans. I had a new roof in less than 10 days. Their roofing crew started the tear off at 6 AM. My roof required complete re-decking. They finished by 3 PM the same day. My wife and I checked closely and could not find a single nail or piece of trash left anywhere. A few hours later Chris stopped by and inspected everything. I am 100% satisfied with every aspect of this experience. My neighbor was equally impressed and they have Chris coming back in a week to start their process to get a replacement roof. They caught the same golf ball sized hail we did. I'm in my 60's. These days integrity and professionalism are getting harder and harder to find. Hiner Roofing is now my go to company for any roofing issues.

I have used several builders through the years living in Okla with our famous hail storms and i finally found the best…Hiner Roofing. Chris’ guys showed up before dawn this morning, worked around the clock tearing off shingles then installing shingles, then cleaning up every piece of debris before they left.
