I was initially very impressed with Hiner Roofing. Their customer service was excellent, and they worked quickly to get my roof approved through my homeowner’s insurance, which made the process smooth and stress-free. However, after the main roof job was completed, there was a delay in finishing the shingles on my well house — something I had been told would be included. I mentioned my frustration in my original review, and to their credit, management reached out to me within a day. They assured me the work would be completed, and followed through on that promise. I really appreciated their prompt response and the way they took my concern seriously. It’s clear they care about customer satisfaction, and I’m glad the issue was resolved professionally.
